The first Miss Manhattan Beach Pageant is headed your way.
Aspiring to highlight and promote individuality, two 20-something women have been tapped to produce and direct the “Project Runway meets Miss USA”-type competition, according to the Easy Reader.
The Miss Manhattan Beach pageant will be one of four nationwide that comprise the America’s It Girl pageant.
