"Afternoon in Tuscany"

If you think Olive Oil is just for cooking, you're missing out on 100 other things you could be doing with it!  On Sunday, May 1st, Soroptimist Intenrational of Manhattan Beach will hold an olive oil tasting with the help of Carol Firenze, author of "The Passionate Olive - 101 Things to Do With Olive Oil."

The event will be held at The Ayres Hotel at 14400 Hindry Avenue, Hawthorne. Tickets are $60 and include the tastings, tapas lovingly prepared by Chefs Sherie and John DiBernardo and their staff of the Matisse Restaurant, and non-alcoholic beverages. A full bar is available.

There will be a boutique for shopping and a fabulous gift box raffle.  See www.springtea-simb.com to purchase tickets and for more information. Tickets must be purchased in advance, no “walk ins”.
