Community Meeting: Civic Art for New Manhattan Beach County Library

The City of Manhattan Beach and the County of Los Angeles Public Library and Arts Commission staff invite you to join the process for developing art for the new library. Learn about the Los Angeles County Arts Commission's Civic Art Program and offer ideas and input toward your artwork! Children are welcome. No experience necessary.
