Outgoing City Council members feted as new ones take oath of office.
Last Tuesday, two incumbents took an oath of office alongside two new City Council members at a council meeting.
Outgoing councilmen Nick Tell and Richard Montgomery were honored and then Wayne Powell, Mark Burton and Tony D'Errico took an oath of office as did City Treasurer Tim Lilligren, who ran unopposed in the March 5 election.
