Locals gathered on the beach at Fourth Street Sunday to commemorate the lives of Lucia Krim, 6, and her brother Leo Krim, 2, who were found dead in their New York City home on Oct. 25. Their mom, Marina Linsley Krim grew up in Manhattan Beach.
