James August Pollock, a retired Los Angeles Police Department officer who was a member of American Martyrs Church, the Knights of Columbus, Council 4567 and the Manhattan Beach Property Owners Association, died on June 9th at the age of 84, according to L.A.Funeral.com.
Services for the 50-year Manhattan Beach resident, who was born Aug. 12, 1928, will be held on Monday and Tuesday. The schedule is here.
