Volunteer Gift Wrappers Help Others
Manhattan Beach residents and government officials spread some cheer this holiday season by wrapping donated toys for the Beach Cities Toy Drive.
On Saturday, volunteers wrapped donated gifts as part of the 21st annual Beach Cities Toy Drive wrapping party. This year's wrapping party was held in Hermosa Beach. The party alternates between Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach.
Manhattan Beach City Council member David Lesser, his son Matthew Lesser, Manhattan Beach Mayor Pro Tem Wayne Powell and California State Assembly member Al Muratsuchi pitched in at the party.
