All lanes of southbound Sepulveda Boulevard in Manhattan Beach are open after a double-fatal traffic collision closed the street down around 5:25 a.m. Tuesday. In addition, one northbound lane has re-opened, said police.
The collision, in which an 87-year-old Manhattan Beach woman and a 41-year-old Torrance man were pronounced dead at the scene, closed northbound and southbound access between Second Street and Manhattan Beach Boulevard while authorities conducted an investigation.
