Police want to identify a man and woman believed to be involved in the theft of a pair of shorts and two pairs of earrings from Bella Beach downtown at 227 Manhattan Beach Blvd. on August 9.
The woman is described as caucasian in her 20s with blonde hair and dark roots. She was last seen wearing a white long-sleeved blouse with denim shorts and carrying a brown shoulder bag, said the Manhattan Beach Police Department.
The man is described as a caucasian in his 30s, and last seen wearing a blue T-shirt, white plaid shorts, sandals and sunglasses.
