Manhattan Beach Police today took their case against two Mira Costa male students arrested for burglary and conspiracy last Tuesday to the district attorney, who has up to 60 days to review the material and elect to file charges, according to MBPD School Resource Officer John Loy.
"They determine what charges, if any, will be filed," he told MB Patch.
The students allegedly stole another student's iPod Touch and other electronics, said Loy, in a single incident. The victim reported the crimes and Loy said there are witnesses.
