The eatery was the only MB spot closed for this particular type of violation.

Baja Fresh Mexican Grill was closed Jan. 30 by the County of Los Angeles Public Health department for vermin infestation and vermin harborage, according to the department's website. It re-opened on Feb. 1.

The reporting period was from Dec. 1 through March 1.

If you'd like to make a report about a restaurant, the Food Program Hotline is (888) 700-9995.
