Building a Healthy Self-Image for Children and Adolescents

Is your child troubled with feelings of inadequacy? Are challenges becoming a source of anxiety and frustration? It's never too early to help your child develop a positive outlook and healthy self-esteem. Join experts in the field to learn how to improve relationships with family and friends, avoid destructive behavior, boost academic performance and much more.

This lecture is part of a free series, "Miracle of Living at the Beach," dedicated to educating the Manhattan Beach community on various topics.

Lectures are held four times a year, the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Shade Hotel, 1221 N. Valley Drive.
