Is Manhattan Beach Los Angeles Kings' Town?

Several of the team's players live in the city as does coach Darryl Sutter.

In a May 29 poll, 19 Manhattan Beach Patch readers said they've seen a player or coach from the Los Angeles Kings in Manhattan Beach.

These days, sun and ice seem to go together well when it comes to the National Hockey League team that is now playing for ice hockey's coveted Stanley Cup, something the team has yet to earn in its 45-year history.
