Kathy Sena is a freelance journalist whose work has appeared in the Los Angeles Times, Newsweek, the Chicago Tribune, Woman's Day and many other publications. She's also the founder of BadBallet.com and the Bad Ballerina movement. The bad ballerinas are women of any age who are "leaping onto their next stage — no tutu required." Kathy lives in the South Bay with her husband, son and their rescue dog, Charlie.
