23rd Annual Family Halloween Carnival

The Manhattan Beach Parks and Recreation Department's annual Family Halloween Carnival is held every Halloween weekend at Manhattan Heights Community Center.

The event is designed for children ages 2 to 13. Children under the age of 5 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times. There will be face painting, carnival booths, a haunted house and much more. All game booths are constructed by children in the Afterschool REC Program. The haunted house is designed and run by Recreation Leaders and the teens in the Teen Center Program.

Tickets will be sold at the Information Booth. Each ticket costs $1. Bills more than $20 will not be accepted.

For more information or to volunteer, visit the website or contact Eve Kelso, volunteer coordinator, at 310-802-5407, David Ibarra, afterschool REC, at 310-802-5419 or Andrew Berg, Teen Center, at 310-802-5426.
